He was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 16 February 2022. He is the Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee of the Company.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer & Information Science and a Master in Business Administration.

He was the Executive Director of DVM Technology Berhad (“DVM”) and he was instrumental in DVM's listing in the ACE Market in 2004. During his tenure, he was responsible for the business direction and strategies of the DVM Group. He led the management in business development and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the DVM Group.

He is currently a Director of Trive Property Group Berhad and Saudee Group Berhad. He is also a Director of Neurogine Sdn. Bhd. He did not attend any Board Meetings held during the financial year ended 31 December 2021 as he was appointed on 16 February 2022.
