He was appointed to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 1 August 2014. He is the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committees and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company.

He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He has experience in accounting and corporate restricting of Companies. He is currently a Director of Sanichi Technology Berhad, Mlabs System Berhad, Fintec Global Berhad, and Metronic Global Berhad. He also sits on the board of several private limited companies.
